Services offered
NXTLVL.eu provides the following services:
- Remote Coaching
- Throwing Coaching
- Recruiting Help
- All-in-One Coaching
- In-Person Training
The exact scope of services may vary depending on the chosen program.
Payments
Payment is due before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon receipt of payment, the coach's capacity and time are reserved for the client.
Refunds
Once a service has started, payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be reviewed individually based on the specific situation.
Unused consultations, sessions or services cannot be refunded retroactively without prior agreement.
Rescheduling and cancellations
In-person sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be considered as completed sessions with no right to a refund.
Health and responsibility
The client confirms they are medically fit to participate in athletic activity and training.
The client bears full responsibility for their health and must inform NXTLVL.eu of any health restrictions, injuries, or medical complications.
Participation in training and use of recommendations is at the client's own risk.
NXTLVL.eu is not liable for any injuries, health complications or damages that occur during or in connection with training.
No guarantee of results
NXTLVL.eu provides expert guidance, individual planning and support. However, we cannot guarantee:
- an athletic scholarship,
- an offer from a school or university,
- a spot on a team,
- athletic achievements,
- specific performance results,
- recruitment by coaches or institutions.
Results depend on many factors including individual effort, health, talent, discipline and external circumstances.
Recruiting Help
The Recruiting Help service includes support during the athlete recruiting process and communication with coaches or institutions.
NXTLVL.eu cannot guarantee an offer, scholarship, school acceptance, or any other specific outcome.
All decisions are made by the respective schools, coaches or organizations independently of NXTLVL.eu.
Intellectual property
All training plans, documents, videos, methodologies, strategies and other materials provided by NXTLVL.eu are intended exclusively for the client's personal use.
Without prior consent, these materials may not be copied, shared, sold or distributed to third parties.
Communication
The client agrees to communicate via email, phone, video calls and other common channels used to deliver the services.
Termination
NXTLVL.eu reserves the right to terminate the cooperation in case of inappropriate behavior, breach of these terms or repeated failure to follow instructions.
The client can end the cooperation at any time; however, already paid services are non-refundable.
Consent
By completing payment you confirm that you have read these terms, understand them and agree to them.
